Refund, Exchange & Order Cancellation
- All orders are final sales and non-refundable. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except for incorrect items sent.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning items for item exchange. (Products can be exchanged ONLY in IICL6 condition.)
- Exchange will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery/pick up.
- Each order cancellation and return will incur a cancellation fee, which is 20{2486d1d70591e636fc44ada880c3fccc01ca9545d29008f701957686d2f46c6f} of the total price, except shipping and handling fees.
- Exchange can only be entitled to goods valued the same amount or more.
